Are you on a diet and don't even know it?

One thing we encounter a lot is women who are on a diet and have no idea. We explain why and how this happens below, but if you're in a hurry, we created this table below to summarize.

If there's even one thing on here that you still say or think to yourself, then it's time to be real and honest with yourself--You're on a diet. 

Now you might be thinking, "That's impossible! How can someone not know they're on a diet?"

Listen, this happens to nearly every woman we meet at some point, and it most definitely happened to us too.

How does this happen?

Well, diets are disguised as "nutrition plans" or "cleanses" or "clean eating rules" or "healthy guidelines" or "nutrition tweaks" and some "coach" (who is not really a coach but a sales person trying to get you to sign up to buy their shakes or "nutrition system" or "21 day fix" or "7 day slim down") invites you to join a "challenge" and *BAM!* before you know it, you're neck deep in a diet. *sigh* 

OR you could have diet rules leftover from that "program" you did 5 years ago that didn't work, and that you've never done again, but the rules are still in the back of your mind making you feel guilty for reaching for the bread basket or eating carbs after 5 PM. *cue eye roll*

Diets are sneaky.

Like, incredibly sneaky. They pretend they're helpful and healthy (even though they're actually harmful and research shows diets don't work) and their rules and "guidelines" hang on for dear life in your brain and subconscious.

But here's the good news: You can be done with diets for good. 

Yes, it's totally possible to #OMGNeverDietAgain, eat the food you want, when you want it, and live an incredibly healthy and happy life! If you've officially kicked the diet mindset and are living a life of complete food freedom, then cheers to you girl! That's no easy task, but the great life you get to live right now is so worth it!
