A full day of sessions and workshops where women learned how to stop dieting, love their body, and find a healthy relationship with food. We covered everything from overcoming fear of food, managing stress so it doesn't manage you, how to get unstuck from your past so that your can embrace the potential of your present, and the importance of try less, trust more.
